Adult flotilla sailing itinerary
Day 1: Marina Agana start of the sailing holiday
At the Marina Agana base you will meet your sailing companions on this adult flotilla sailing holiday. Marina Agana is a pretty coastal town with Mediterranean cottages and picturesque waterfront restaurants. On the first day, you can easily take a trip towards Trogir or Split from the marina. You can also head east from Marina Agana to take a break on the beach with a refreshing dip in the water. Sleep on your yacht for the first time so you can start the flotilla rested.
Day 2: From Marina Agana to Milna, Brač
Let the wind take you past the cape, out into the Adriatic. You'll sail with your travelling companions to the town of Milna on the island of Brač. In a maze of little streets, you can find lovely shops and restaurants. On Milna's picturesque quay, you can enjoy a cold drink overlooking the sea. For a cool dip, head to the quiet bay of Marina Vlaska. There are also plenty of options for lunch somewhere. Moor at Lucice or at Blaca Bay, where you can take a dip in the clear blue water. Or uncork your favourite wine to enjoy this together.
Day 3: From Milna, Brač to Jelsa, Hvar
From Milna, you sail south between the islands of Šolta and Brač. You'll then sail some more towards the southeast before arriving in Hvar. You will sail along beautiful coastlines with lovely hills and green forests. Eventually you will arrive in Jelsa, a beautiful bay located at the foot of the mountain. Enjoy the fine atmosphere and indulge in the excellent meals served here. Look for the nicest konobas of this region. These authentic restaurants have delicious fish dishes and aromatic wines on the menu for you to enjoy with your travelling companions. For an unforgettable experience, you can take a trip on a seaplane. This will fly from Jelsa to Split, letting you enjoy stunning views of Dalmatia.
Day 4: Free sailing day
In the first three days of the flotilla, you will have restored your sailing skills and confidence. You can take advantage of this day to go out on the Adriatic by yourself or with a few others. Go in search of fun sights not on the programme. You can take a day out to visit the world heritage site of Stari Grad. Or visit the port of Palmižana or even sail further towards the island of Vis. This way, you will make a nice number of kilometres at sea and have a great overnight stay on this island.
Day 5: Bobovišća, Brač
On this day of the adult flotilla sailing holiday, you'll gather with the group again at the sheltered port of Bobovišća. Here you can find the sugar-pink cottages in the peaceful little harbour. You can moor here for the night and to visit this quiet little town for a while. In the hills above the bay, you can find the ancient Roman and Byzantine ruins, which is great fun to take a look at.
Day 6: From Bobovišća, Brač to Šešula, Šolta
You sail towards the island of Šolta just west of the island of Brač. To the west, you'll find the green oasis of Šešula. This is a small village which is an ideal place to spend a relaxing day. Here you can enjoy swimming and snorkelling in the clear blue waters. More off in the bay, to look for the authentic kobobobas this region has to offer. On the south side of Šolta, enjoy a leisurely lunch on the boat overlooking the deep blue waters of Tatinja.
Day 7: From Šešula, Šolta to Marina Agana
You'll leave the island of Šolta and sail back up the Adriatic. You'll head back towards Marina Agana. Make sure you arrive here early so you can still enjoy many sights. You can still relax on a terrace along the promenade. You can also drop by the local markets for genuine Croatian souvenirs. On the last day of this adult flotilla sailing holiday, enjoy the friendly atmosphere before spending your last night on your yacht. The next morning, you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise and a nice morning breeze.
