Enjoy Greece during the May holiday

In the Tubber flotilla from Athens during the May holidays we sail to the Saronic islands of Aegina, Poros and Hydra. It is a perfect sailing area for short distances, there is often a constant and reliable wind and beautiful islands. The Tubber flotilla starts on Saturday from Alimos, the largest marina in Athens. You can rent a bareboat sailing yacht and sail yourself in the flotilla with a Dutch or Greek skipper. The wind is quite constant during this period, with wind force between 3 and 5 Beaufort.

There are also more flotillas in the spring and also in the fall! Want even more sun? Then check out the flotilla offer for the summer from Athens :)

Athens and the Saronic Gulf

The beauty of the Saronic Gulf is that it has everything. From quiet coves and private beaches to bustling seaside resorts and bays with a lot of boating traffic where there is much to do. During a flotilla sailing holiday in Greece, most sailors start on the west coast due to the moderate sailing climate, but you really don't have to be afraid of the Saronic Gulf. Yes, the wind is a bit stronger there than on the west coast, but that's just perfect. Fly easily to Athens and discover the flotilla sailing from Athens inexpensively and in peace during the May holiday.
