Day 1

Check-in in Lefkada
Start your flotilla holiday in the traditional Greek village of Lefkada. Enveloped by the emerald green Ionian, Lefkada is draped in miles of heavenly beaches famous across the Greek islands. Meet the rest of your flotilla companions and explore the narrow alleys of Lefkada, or head to the beaches along the west coast. From sweeping arches of uninterrupted sand to secluded, white-stone shores, beaches of every shape and size await.

Day 2

Lefkada - Paleros
You will begin your Meganisi adventure with a 12-mile cruise to the mainland of Paleros. Paleros is a great place to get a taste of the local flavour of the Ionian Islands, with summer puppet shows, theatre performances and traditional Greek dances in the town square. Enjoy the traditional flotilla punch feast and dine on freshly caught octopus, bream and bass with your new flotilla companions at one of the many waterside tavernas.

Day 3

Paleros - Kalamos
Today, you will enjoy a stretch of sightline along the coast from Paleros to the town and the eponymous island of Kalamos. The harbour is a lovely place to dock, with a few shops, traditional tavernas and Greek bars dotted along the harbour and beach.

Day 4

Kalamos - Vathy
From the town of Kalamos, turn straight south and take the longest leg of the week - a 20-nautical-mile range to Vathi, on the famous island of Ithaca, home of Odysseus. Continue along the coast until you reach a narrow waist 200 meters wide. Navigate through the narrow entrance to Kolpos Molou Bay, which houses the town of Vathi, the capital of Ithaca. Moor up and enjoy this centre of Greek archaeology, folklore and culture.

Day 5

Vathy - free sailing day
Today is your day to shine. Put your sailing skills to the test and gain confidence on the water with your free day of sailing. Make your way to the secluded coves and harbours scattered across the Ionian Sea, stopping at sleepy fishing villages along the way or simply relaxing. It's all up to you. Whatever you choose, your lead crew is ready to give you top tips and the latest weather reports.

Day 6

Meganisi
Cruise the gentle waters of the Ionian Sea to the easternmost bay of Meganisi. Glide past fertile pine-clad islands dotted with red-tile houses to the bay that crowns Port Athens. This wide bay, lined with olive trees, is popular for snorkelling or swimming. Taste fresh seafood daily and enjoy traditional Greek dance in the harbour's only tavern.

Day 7

Meganisi - Lefkada
Conclude your Meganisi flotilla holiday back in Lefkada, where you will have one last chance to enjoy a drink and dinner with your flotilla sailors at one of the many restaurants in the city. You may even have time to explore the town's charming boutiques and jewellery galleries or take a pleasant walk to Faneromeni Monastery for picturesque views over the sea and the salt marshes.
