We sailed from Elefsina a small (uninteresting) port in a somewhat industrial area half an hour east of Athens. It takes an hour or two on the engine to get away from there to more open water. The boat was a bit older but well maintained. The berth in the front was a bit small for us (1.85m long). The mattress was a bit hard. It costs about 60 euros or so to get there by taxi from the airport. There is no public transport from Athens to Elefsina. Unfortunately, we had to return after just a few days because of family problems. Tubber helped us well with it. Congratulations!

definitely do it if you want to get screwed. er man turns all kinds of things on the boat . it smokes. makes noise. leaks on all sides

i recommend to change a rope on back and proceedprofylactic od the host electricity cables I ve mentioned during checkout.i sad surprised that door med broke. Highly likely was damage d even during check-in.in general I was satisfied with your service and the yacht.

Beautiful bays, ports a bit too expensive as far as we were concerned, holiday was grandiose. Zaton is a nice little harbour, which is definitely plus departure. We did not call at many ports because it was a bit too expensive for us. There are plenty of bays where you can still anchor for free. In terms of corona measures, they don't take it so strictly anywhere in Croatia, we almost forgot.

Worthless Doerak. Shame that it can still be rented out. unsafe boat; railing broken, smoke and stench while sailing, bilge pump starting every 10 minutes because of leakage at propeller shaft, heavy leakage at windows during rain; we have videos of this. During the first rain shower, the windscreen wipers fell off, the fuel gauge failed after 2 weeks, it still showed full fuel. Advice from the owner no shower cubicle is on the site (but there is an outside shower) microwave present you understand that we did not dare to use. so we can go on where we all found out along the way. Owner called 1 and 2 the day he could not fix anything at that time.

Had a day's lesson from Willem to prepare us for a week of sailing in Croatia. Especially learned the tricks of mooring. Instructor Willem knows how to communicate in a very clear and relaxed manner. Great day that was very useful.

Boat was well equipped: good autopilot and navigation, 2000W inverter with Nespresso machine, electric winch, solar panels, large fridge and everything worked properly. Disadvantage of the Lagoon 380 is that you have no backrest in the outside seating area. The landlord comes across as very professional and friendly. Nice that they put beanbags on the trampoline, lovely place during (quiet) sailing and when at anchor!

Had a wonderful sailing holiday in the Northern Sporades. Everything both from Tubber and the charterer (Sail Aegean) neatly arranged and well taken care of. Easy, good and friendly communication from start to finish. The local Sail Aegean team was also very helpful and friendly although it is a pity that the that the charter base in Volos has no facilities (no shower/toilets etc). Sailing area: The sailing area is fantastic with beautiful little harbours and gorgeous bays with lots of small restaurants and very friendly people. The wind direction and strength (especially at night) should be monitored carefully to avoid unpleasant surprises. The distances are manageable or can be made as long as you want. Overnight stays are a combo of just anchoring, "stern to" anchoring and/or with a long line to shore. Boat: nicely maintained boat on which everything actually functioned as it should with very complete equipment. The only downside is that the boat's mainsail could not be trimmed properly due to a combination of sail/mast trim and the height of the bimini. Otherwise a nicely maintained boat

The sailing area of Lefkas is super. Too bad our boat the Danai had so many faults. The in-check was far from ideal. Staff with the exception of the base manager very helpful.

This catamaran is simple, but very spacious. Some minor defects, including anchor winch the first day, but Tonko and his team fixed it quickly. Thanks Tubber for all the information, we would love to come back soon for our sailing holiday in Greece next year.

Another unprecedented success

Quick personal help and service from Tubber's brainstormers, nota bene at the weekend, meant we had a ship for a last-minute planned sailing holiday in Greece within 24 hours. Seems pretty unique to me.

Very special and very enjoyable week we look back on! We departed from Trogir and visited StariGrad, Hvar and Vis. Sometimes the trips were bad/not sailing so we had to motor a lot in order to arrive on time while the weather was actually good. This was a bit less but explainable because ports have to be booked far in advance with a large group of 11 boats. Flotilla leaders helped us a lot with mooring backwards, which was very nice for us as novice Croatia sailors. Very enthusiastic people Ton and Erica! Also very nice with daughters (17, 18 and 20) because of large group of older youngsters (who went out daily until late at night) while we were having dinner with new friends. Good consideration with young people for fun nightlife options, was much appreciated! Very cosy and nice club! Thanks!!! Dalmatian Chartes' boat was very complete and even equipped with solar panels..(never needed shore power), highly recommended! Waan ziggo holiday work had!!!

Having sailed in Greece several times in a flotilla with an organisation, we wanted to check out another area. Tubber soon came up because of our desire to sail in Croatia. The communication regarding choices and offers was very good and clear and the choice was quickly made. With a flotilla, you are of course dependent on the skills and knowledge of the leader, but Kristel turned out to be very experienced in the area and knew how to take us to beautiful bays with her enthusiasm. The wind also helped. In any case, we had a very pleasant week. The boat was also clean and if there was a small malfunction, it was solved immediately by the base manager Tonko. Thanks and compliments to the organisation

We had a nice trip with the Playmate, but the weather conditions were a bit disappointing, but of course Tubber can't do anything about that. I am now still waiting for the release of the boat deposit, which I paid by credit card, but that will be sorted out soon, I suppose.

Good value for money

Fine boat with normal signs of use. Do ask for a bigger dinghy. There were 4 of us for a boat of six but dinghy is for max 2 people. However, check-in and check-out by Hermes Yachting is a drama. Not only us but other renters all experienced the same problems. Time between registering for check-in and getting boarding documents was 6h!!! Never experienced with other lessors. Early checkin 14h effective checkin 17h board documents 20h....! Stock ordered was not allowed to be delivered by supermarket as they too had to get approval from Landlord for delivery. Same at check out with very thorough checking. So check everything very carefully.

Just returned after a wonderful holiday. Couple of minor defects on the boat, but they were quickly fixed. We do find the ports very expensive, but service very good. Plenty of bays in the region where you can anchor. Beautiful surroundings.

We went on a flotilla with Ben Poelman and his lovely family for 2 weeks in the Athens region. We saw great places and had great adventures together. Ben gives great tips and together with his sons he is always ready to help. He comes up with great ideas and goes off the beaten track, just a bit differently! The whole group again learned to sail better, moor, anchor, release anchor, drink anchor beers and much more. Quite a varied trip! The bays were fantastic and the port of Hydra was one to remember. Had a lot of fun!
